The Art and Science of Sharing
Is it natural for different families to live in a single house, a house that really was not designed accommodate what is effectively a small community?
Sharing floors in one house is not just about sharing space, it's sharing costs, sharing common areas such as the entrance hall and garden, sharing ideas and plans, and with luck, sharing wine and nibbles on summer evenings in a beautifully manicured communal garden.
But this is not for all. It relies too much on human compatibility which can sit on a knife edge and topple with the slightest "you didn't put the bins out" nudge.
When residents fall out with each other, objective help and advice may be needed. That is part of our Contented House package.
